Due to the nature of our product line, we can not accept returns. However we are committed to upholding outstanding quality and service. Sometimes we can make a mistake on fulfilling. If documentation of your order shows an error on our part, please use our Contact Us page to report the problem and we will ship the correct item asap at no further cost to you. All claims for damaged/lost goods or incorrect products must be made within 48 hours of receipt. In the case of damaged goods, please provide pictures and retain goods and shipping containers. We we will file a claim with the shipper and contact you to resolve the issue right away.
As you are partnering with us to provide clean sustainable water systems to those in need, we know you understand that we can not offer refunds. Since all of our Coffees and Teas are of premium quality and Coffees are processed, ground and packaged in airtight quality bags that are some of the best in the industry at time of order, if for any reason you are not happy with the taste or flavor of our Coffees or Tea, we ask that you give it away to a friend and try another flavor. Fresh Water Coffee & Tea, at this time, can ship to virtually any address in the US and the Possessions including military addresses.
In most cases, orders will be processed and shipped within 24. We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery). Shipping charges are a flat rate of $9.00 per order. If there is an issue with your order, a person will be assigned to contact you directly, with the contact info you provided at time of order and will stay with you until the issue is resolved. Customer Service is one of the 4 Pillars of our company.

Your emails will only be used to let you know about our specials and to allow a quicker processing of transactions. Although we hate to see you not get any specials and email notifications, we do have an “unsubscribe” option on the bottom of our emails.
